Return & Refund Policy – MBH Leather
At MBH Leather, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Returns requested between 15–20 days from the date of delivery may be accepted for store credit only.
No returns will be accepted after 20 days from the delivery date.
Non-Refundable Items
- Personalized or custom-made bags are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, including the original shipping fee and the return shipping label.
Return Shipping Fee
All returns are subject to a $20 USD return shipping fee, which covers the cost of sending and receiving the package. This amount will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@mabhleather.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment, minus any applicable shipping fees. Returns approved after 14 days will be issued as store credit only.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
International Orders:
All orders shipped outside of United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. You, the recipient, are responsible for payment of these charges.
For returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated duties/fees. Please contact us to hello@mbhleather.com to request a return.
